Nano, a low-latency cryptocurrency built on an innovative block-lattice data structure offering unlimited scalability and no transaction fees. Nano by design is a simple protocol with the sole purpose of being a high-performance cryptocurrency. The Nano protocol can run on low-power hardware, allowing it to be a practical, decentralized cryptocurrency for everyday use. The original Nano (RailBlocks) paper and first beta implementation were published in December, 2014, making it one of the first Directed Acyclic Graph (DAG) based cryptocurrencies [6]. Soon after, other DAG cryptocurrencies began to develop, most notably DagCoin/Byteball and IOTA. These DAG-based cryptocurrencies broke the blockchain mold, improving system performance and security. Byteball achieves consensus by relying on a “main-chain” comprised of honest, reputable and user-trusted “witnesses”, while IOTA achieves consensus via the cumulative PoW of stacked transactions. Nano achieves consensus via a balance-weighted vote on conflicting transactions. This consensus system provides quicker, more deterministic transactions while still maintaining a strong, decentralized system. Nano continues this development and has positioned itself as one of the highest performing cryptocurrencies. Nano is a trustless, feeless, low-latency cryptocurrency that utilizes a novel blocklattice structure and delegated Proof of Stake voting. The network requires minimal resources, no high-power mining hardware, and can process high transaction throughput. All of this is achieved by having individual blockchains for each account, eliminating access issues and inefficiencies of a global data-structure. There's a reason why Raiblocks renamed to NANO. Red flags everywhere.. The NANO network is constantly flooded by transaction spam which makes it unusable most of the time. A lot of merchants already switched to competitors such as UTK.

I was a NANO hodler for 3 years, after the transaction spam attack on the network I've lost faith. This project is doomed.. Many longterm investors sold their NANO bag after the spam disaster. Good luck to the people still holding this but I'm out.. Check their Telegram group, a lot of people where complaining about the network spam and got banned..

Nano / Raiblocks is a scam in the sense it is created for free, and old users need new users to dump their nano at a profit to new bag holders. The initial distribution of XRB was performed through "manual mining" limited via a captcha. The distribution rate was 17 XRB (Raiblocks) per hour per ip4. This method was easy to automate, and easy to bypass with the plethora of VPNs and users who own hundreds of IP4/IP6 addresses. Presumably the dev team has the vast majority, millions of Rai/Nano.

NANO was involved in the Bitgrail scam. Google it. The community tried to cover it, check reddit to see how the crypto world things about NANO.

So few months ago found great looking coin called Nano. But after new year the main development team exchange started to raise price artificially. But hell im invested buying 105 xrb / nano at 23 usd each who is around 2400 usd. Today i came back to official nano discord channel and found what bitgrail supposedly been hacked, even wallet been so proclaimed most secure of all cryptocurrencies. So i asked if that scam directly linked to Nano dev team, because in the past only bitgrail raised price per coin to sky high and thats the first exchange who been choosen by nano team. I never heard of bitgrail before. So what i got is ban from official NANO discord channel with no explanation. I just want you all peoples to be informed about suspicious links betwean BITGRAIL and NANO team who links price manipulation and so on. Really hope investigation tells this is wallet fault itself and brings all links public.

The community is known to be toxic, the ones promoting this shitcoin were behind the infamous "death threats" to Cryptopia after the exchange had paused withdrawals for a day or two, after running into trouble with the XRB network/server back in July. These are the same kind of individuals pumping this coin now. Larger exchanges are most likely scared to add it, for fear of being next in the line for receiving these death threats when the XRB network crashes. Also proving the community is toxic, I asked for an AMA on the sub, the post was deleted within barely 2 minutes. Why?The lies will start to unravel if they ever have an AMA.
