Hate to say it but there is a reason that a coin that has so much going for it remains at under $0.03 to $0.04 / coin - childish leadership in nearly every aspect of this coin. Whether it be from the creator's binge twitter rants against Binance, the 'marketing' kid hiring a fashion designer with donated funds, or once again the creator ranting publicly about it on Twitter. The story never ends on Sesame Street. Publicly questioning any of the 'smart moves' will get you banned or blocked from any of their communication mediums. By who? Well, a group of kids of course. For that reason alone, I give the coin a single star. If the key leadership were not so childish I would give the coin 5 stars for it's technology.

Defiantly not, DigiByte is an open source, completely decentralized blockcchain that has been running for many years and is still tech leading blockchain.
