I have been using this exchange for a few years with no issues until yesterday.
I transferred some crypto from a different exchange to crypto.com in the early hours of yesterday and the transaction has been confirmed on the blockchain but it is not showing in my crypto.com wallet. This transaction in the past took a few minutes to show up in my crypto.com wallet. I have been in touch with their customer support and i was asked to send the TXHASH of the transaction. I sent it to them and still my cryptocurrency is not showing up in the wallet. This is a transaction I have done in the past with no issues. This amount was for over £6000 ($7000+). Now I have been blocked from contacting their support via email. No one asked me for any documentation or anything that I havent provided. I did a second transaction and that too hasnt showed up in the wallet. I have confirmed the address over and over again and it is the correct one.
Please if you value your money and worked hard for it, AVOID both the app and the site. Do not be fooled by all the sleekness. They use it to reel you in and then take your money with no explanation. Just a word of caution!
