It's not a scam. The project is very legit and I have earned quite a lot of VIB for the contribution I made.

Definitely not a scam. This company has been active for years and years. Their main site viberate.com follows their roadmap development while a lot of info can be found on viberate.io as well. You can also check their offices by browsing through their Youtube channel which clearly shows they are working hard to make their vision a reality.
