Vagabond is a very legit company with PWC as their auditor, Silverbear Capital and NSAV as partners. You're looking at a brand new project that finished their ICO just a few months ago. They're listed only on Bitrue and XRP DEX. They just finished their NFT marketace today, and have signed contracts with videogame developers for play to earn using Vagabond. This is because Vagabonds managing director made OG racing games in the past. They're actually solving a real issue, allowing medium and small businesses without an advanced IT team to use blockchain technologies that will increase productivity, transparency, and profit. On top of that, they have a rewards, or staking program of 2.5 percent per month, or 30% APY. Most of your top 100 coins are useless meme coins. You can't call this one a scam just because it's not popular like dogecoin or something else that pumped for God only knows what reason.
