USD+ is a yield-generating stablecoin that offers annual yields of 8-12% through a daily rebase mechanism. The stablecoin is fully backed by a portfolio of liquid, yield-generating, low-risk decentralized finance (DeFi) assets, primarily focusing on lending protocols and stable-to-stable liquidity pools. This structure allows for consistent profit generation and enables users to mint and redeem USD+ against USDC instantly.
USD+ serves multiple use cases including liquidity management, automated market maker (AMM) trading, and leveraged yield farming. It enhances capital efficiency by providing extra yield on idle stablecoins. Currently, USD+ operates on the Polygon network, with plans for expansion to additional chains. The project aims to establish trading pairs at various AMMs to facilitate liquidity and maintain its peg through arbitrage mechanisms using flashloans.
