This year is totally crazy. On the crypto market people buy every piece of shit and don't pay attention on their whitepape, page or product. Fortunately some of the company create real value for long term invest. I saw a thousands of projects, but Student Coin is definitely different than other. They're fully transparent, provide really good services despite the fact that team consists of really young people. Think about Facebook and where would you be right now if you invested in 2005. DYOR and invest!

I've done huge research on this project. I've even visited this guy in their office and talked to them. This is not a scam, this is a real ongoing project and I think this is going to be very big in 1-2 years from now.

Dear All,
beside the technical and legal aspects, this project seems not to be a scam per se. The fundamental idea behind this project is great but the staff is most probably not that ingenious to reach the stated goals :((
The most or even sole value adding factor in this business model could come from a major community of students as active users around the globe. But the project suffers due to the not really existing initial basic social network structure to build such a community in a reasonable period of time.
The current so called "major partners" of STC are not the universities itself but only very small sub-organizations out of the group of POLISH students at these universities. The presentation on the website is clearly suggestive of being more behind then it actually is.
Unfortunately this kind of overstating presentation mode for marketing purposes (not to say: deceptive advertising) you find for numberless items all over this website and shows very unprofessional business conduct.
I will give you only 3 examples out of 3 different areas. If you look over the entire site a little more intent, you will find dozens more.
1. Area: Student Coin stuff
Karolina Marzantowicz - Technological Advisor of STC
is presented as:
"Former CTO of IBM for Europe"
substantially she was:
a "volunteer of IBM on Demand Community Promoting STEM education on polish schools and universities; encouraging girls to stay on technical education and career paths" (This she writes about herself on her LinkedIn profile.)
2. Area: Student Coin Major Partners
TAMID Group at NYU Shanghai
I asked Nathan Gilson, Chief Operating Officer of TAMID Group for proof of authenticity/origin.
His answer was:
"TAMID Group at NYU Shanghai is a chapter of our organization that intends to work with Student Coin.
I am gathering more information about the particulars of the situation to make sure we're comfortable with the plan."
So it is clear, that STC has this partnership first advertised before it is arranged and agreed! (This is at least horrible poor unprofessional business conduct, not to say deception once more. And by such behavior STC will not achieve the standing and trustworthiness to become a real partner of hundreds of universities around the globe.)
3. Area: Missing Disclosure of potential conflicts of interest
Student Coin Software development Partners - Nextrope Fintech Software House
Mateusz Mach - Marketing Advisor of Student Coin
was Founder and CEO of Nextrope,
Nextrope ltd was a London based company that was stroke out of the UK company register on 13/10/20. Now it shows up with a Hong Kong based address. Current owner structure is unclear. (According M. Mach's LinkedIn profile is he still CEO of Nextrope?)
More transparency in this matter is required.
For potential investors in Student Coin:
Here I gave only a few examples of very questionable aspects. There are numberless more. Please do you own in-depth analysis before you decide about your investment.
For any Student Coin responsible party:
Please improve your business conduct, please correct all presentation that is currently able to mislead other students (and inexperienced investors) or affront opinion leaders of potential real future partner organizations.
I think you have a brilliant idea behind your project but - if it is not a scam per se, and that I want to believe - make sure not to gamble your chance of success away by creating a sole marketing bubble based on fudge facts.

Hello from Greece,
for my point of view, this effort is very promising.
I have my second thoughts and I decide to send an email directly to university of Kozminski asking from them to identify if the majority of the team is already alumni or students of them.
They forward my email directly to board advisor of the team (because i asked about him) and in about 3 hours on Saturday(!), Andrzej Kusmierz has email me back with a very explanatory email. I appreciate this move.
I have already invested almost 100K STC.

There is no source code. How can an investor base is investment in a token with only a good marketing and website and no source code and an empty project.

Not a scam. 99.9% sure. I am a crypto investor and have been trying or over two years now. EVERY investment must be examined with risk/reward, and do NOT invest more than you can afford to lose.
With that said, I believe that Student Coin, STC, will do well and have no affiliation with anyone who created it nor the schools they attend.
The risk/reward here is excellent in my opinion as this penny coin has the potential to make big returns for its investors. Good core global team with a well thought out plan that thus far has exceeded any expectations set beforehand. With the STC exchange about to launch, I cant wait to see the swarms of crypto investors that flock to a make-your-own crypto coin platform. I will be making one myself for my business as soon as I can.
This coin, like facebook, was created by a bunch of college students. SO take with you this belief of mine, if nothing else: In terms of monetary value, Student Coin has the potential to be the facebook of crypto.
I personally have over 100,000 STC in my Student Coin ICO account and hold over 5,000 STC in my MetaMask wallet. I was not paid to say anything in this comment nor do I stand to gain from it. I will be more than happy with the returns I will get from investing and look forward to building and using my own crypto on the STC exchange.
Oh, I almost forgot. The following example I will use to best explain the greatest selling point for me about Student Coin: Let's say I create my crypto using the STC platform, and it is traded on the STC exchange. Now if my crypto's value increases and does very well, EVERY investor staking thier STC will profit from my crypto doing well! Can't wait for the official launch! Student Coin will be a game changer! -Ryan

With the participation of people from Harvard and the London School of Economics I expected a well written White Paper. Instead it is clearly written by someone to whom English is a second language. I smell a scam. Someone convince me otherwise. I'm open to it.
