Maybe I am too old, but in my 43 years of life I never meet that kind of 'support'. My electrum wallet downloaded from official project website stopped working ('not connected' information). Any info about that on project website, I installed discord communicator to find any information. On official shield community channel, in support subchannel I realised that only 1 node is working, and that node is not configured in electrum wallet, and another node from mining pool what was created for electrum wallet is offline, so I have to try QT wallet. When I suggested, that it would looks proffesional when they provide that information on official website, they answered that I have to look on bitcointalk, discord etc because they are not company but community... When I pushed them to realize that in real world it is absolutely fundamental to making announcements on official website, not let customers to search for information on other sites, they order me to shut up (with those words used). Oh, and second interesting thing: those people suggested me to find out how yo resolve that problem myself to get bounty... so I have to learn programming, solve a problem with my wallet, and be happy for getting a bounty. When you will consider to invest your money, remember my experience. Maybe I expect too much, but for me first of all in any public activity is to be proffessional, to give to customers comprehensive and up-to-date information, and NEVER insult a customer.
