Sherwood is a privacy-focused exchange deployed on Robinhood Chain (chain ID 4663), an Arbitrum Orbit Layer 2. The protocol consists of a shielded multi-asset pool that holds value in private notes using a zero-knowledge commitment/nullifier scheme (Groth16 proofs over a Poseidon Merkle tree), and a public swap aggregator that routes orders across Uniswap v2, v3, and v4 liquidity on the same chain. Users can shield assets, transfer them privately, swap through public liquidity while re-shielding proceeds, and withdraw to any address, with the deposit–withdrawal link broken by a relayer. The protocol includes a compliance layer based on association sets ("proof of innocence"): every deposit receives an on-chain, sender-bound label, and every spend proves in zero knowledge that its funds belong to an approved association set. Supported assets include ETH, USDG, and 23 tokenized stocks issued on Robinhood Chain. SWOOD is the protocol's utility token, used for fee discounts, staking, and governance signaling. The application is live at sherwood.spot and the codebase is public on GitHub.
Risk Report
Cryptocurrency carries risk. Every project listed on this site, regardless of its score, operates in a volatile and largely unregulated market. Tokens can lose most or all of their value. A high score reflects lower structural risk based on the data we can measure. It does not mean a project is safe, that the price will hold, or that losses are unlikely. Always research independently and never commit money you cannot afford to lose.
