Red Kitten Crew
RKC #2217 DANGER
This coin has triggered a critical safety failure. Do not buy, swap, or interact with this token.
Risk Report
Cryptocurrency carries risk. Every project listed on this site, regardless of its score, operates in a volatile and largely unregulated market. Tokens can lose most or all of their value. A high score reflects lower structural risk based on the data we can measure. It does not mean a project is safe, that the price will hold, or that losses are unlikely. Always research independently and never commit money you cannot afford to lose.
The Warning
Red Kitten Crew (rkc) is a confirmed rug pull, not a future risk. The documented pattern shows a developer pre-positioned an enormous stake, then sold into public hype immediately after a high-profile post, causing a near total collapse. This was a completed theft that left buyers holding worthless bags while the deployer monetized trading fees and exit proceeds.
What Happened
Before the token went public, the same actor amassed about 39.52% of the total supply across 10 funded wallets. After a sudden promotion tied to Keith Gill's verified account, speculative buying drove the price up briefly. Then the developer dumped the pre-bought hoard into the inflow, panic selling followed, and the promotion post was deleted.
Timeline
- Pre-launch positioning: The developer deployed Red Kitten Crew (RKC) on Pump.fun on Solana and minted 1,000,000,000 RKC.
- Accumulation phase: The developer created 10 wallets, funded them with 20 SOL, and bought 395,180,000 RKC (39.52% of total supply) before any public promotion.
- Promotion: Keith Gill's verified X account posted the Pump.fun contract address with a cartoon clip, followed minutes later by a second post.
- Initial pump: Speculative buying surged and RKC's market cap climbed rapidly to nearly $12 million within minutes.
- Dump: The developer's 10 wallets sold the entire 395.18 million RKC position into the incoming buy pressure, generating about 5,071 SOL in sale proceeds.
- Social deletion and crash: The second post was deleted, triggering panic selling and a sharp price collapse (widely reported as roughly a 67% drop from peak, with later reporting placing the full crash near 90%).
- Ongoing extraction: After the crash, the developer continued receiving Pump.fun creator fees from RKC trading, adding roughly 1,209 SOL to realized proceeds.
- Aftermath: KuCoin Alpha and Gate Alpha listed RKC the next day while trading continued, even as holders were left with the damage from the dump.
How The Scam Worked
The scam relied on pre-positioning and liquidity removal-by-design through a coordinated dump. The developer accumulated a massive share (about 39.52% of supply) before hype hit, then sold the entire hoard into the spike immediately after the promotion. On top of the exit, blockchain records and contract analysis show continued creator fee extraction, even after the price cratered. See the full report for the documented wallet trace and the money flow.
Multiple corroborating reports tied the deleted promotion posts to the crash, including coverage from CryptoRank and TradingView. The tracing of the developer wallets was published via Lookonchain and additional wallet trace posts.
The Wreckage
RKC crashed violently after the dump, wiping out massive market value in a short window. Holders who bought at the top were left with steep realized losses, while the developer wallets collected sale proceeds and continued to take creator fees after the collapse. The social hook that fueled the initial surge was deleted, and the token now sits as dead weight for anyone still holding.
Do Not Touch This Token
Do not buy Red Kitten Crew (rkc) or any token built on the same playbook. Recovery is not coming, and you are stepping into the exact environment where insiders profit while retail eats the wipeout. If anyone messages you offering “recovery,” “asset retrieval,” or “DM help,” treat it as a second scam targeting victims of the first.
