PACT provides the infrastructure loans to be issued and repaid in stablecoins. Now, everyone who borrows money has a wallet and is seamlessly onboarded into the crypto economy. This provides the backbone that enables fintechs transition into stablecoin-powered financial institutions, advancing both stablecoin adoption and the modernization of global lending.
