Liquity USD (LUSD) is a USD-pegged stablecoin created by the Liquity Protocol. The protocol enables users to secure interest-free loans against Ether collateral, with loans disbursed in LUSD and a minimum collateral requirement of 110%.

The Liquity Protocol is designed to be decentralized and non-custodial, featuring a Stability Pool that includes LUSD for loan security. The system operates without a governance model, relying on participants to act as guarantors of last resort.
