Primer builds apps and infrastructure for the emerging agentic economy, on Base and beyond. Our x402 facilitator supports all ERC-20s (not just EIP-3009 tokens); paired with our x402 SDK you can build and enable agents to send and receive gasless micropayments. Our x402 and agent management apps are available on Chrome Web Store, the WordPress Plugin Directory, and Win/MacOS/Linux. These include Primer Pay - for human browsers to interact with x402 paywalls, and MultiClaw - the any-agent payment manager that runs locally or from USB.
The Primer Network, in addition to the x402 facilitator, consists of new micropayment privacy architecture utilising onion routing and dark pools, operated among distributed nodes earned through PR staking.
Primer is also positioned for ERC-8004 integration; the emerging standard for trustless agent identity, reputation, and validation.
