Definitely scammy. As of January, 2020, they tried to take 3/4 of token holders' tokens (by massive dilution) and then tried to lock up the remaining 1/4 over a 5 year period. They gave preferential treatment to a phantom investor nobody has ever heard of and can't prove even exists. They claimed they were releasing a "mainnet" even though there were no public 3rd party nodes allowed and no staking. 100% centralized. Meanwhile, the founders are being photographed living very luxurious lives.

1. They funneled their entire relief fund and founders reward fund through several wallets to binance exchange. 2. They allocate new money to themselves through the dillution of value with their new xns token and pay themselves network incentives since they will be running all the nodes. 3. All ICO holders have lost great value, and with the new allocation their current value gets cut in half after token swap since the swap ratio is only half of the dillution ratio. Clear money grab!

#banXNS Be careful. INSOLAR is a SCAM!!! They have frozen investors money for 3 years during INS to XNS swap!!! And instead of 50 mln tokens they will publish billions! “KuCoin will distribute the XNS to users’ main accounts daily from February 8, 2020 to February 7, 2023 (UTC+8) according to the official ratio.”
