It's a great Project and it's one of the few with a working product! The rating is kind of missleading in terms of developement. The blockchain code is fully developed so there is no need for Updates, the product platform www.herosphere.gg, however is constantly improving. HEROcoin is a totally hidden gem at the current pricetag in my opinion
