Hathor is built on a unique architecture that evolves the conventional blockchain model by utilizing a Directed Acyclic Graph (DAG) to arrange transactions, which are then confirmed by blocks. This design aims to provide enhanced scalability and decentralization compared to traditional blockchain systems.
Founded by Marcelo Brogliato, Hathor simplifies the process of creating new tokens, allowing for swift and straightforward token generation without the complexities often associated with other blockchain platforms. The tokens operate with the same scalability and security parameters as Hathor's native HTR token.
