GRX Chain

GRX is the native utility and governance token of GRX Chain, a blockchain that utilizes an EVM-compatible, Delegated Proof of Stake (DPoS) architecture. The platform aims to facilitate fast transaction finality, low costs, and high throughput, serving as a base for DeFi protocols, on-chain trading, payments, and Web3 applications. The supply cap for GRX is set at 10,000,000 tokens, and the network employs a deflationary model that involves burning a portion of fees until a specific threshold is achieved.

GRX can be used for various functions including payment of gas fees, network security through staking by validators and delegators, and engagement in on-chain governance. Wrapped GRX (WGRX) allows for ERC-20 style functionality and liquidity on decentralized exchanges like GRXswap. Although closely integrated in product offerings, GRX/GRX Chain and the GroveX exchange are operated by different legal entities.
