Scams. Where are the houses in America? Company owner Gürkan Akpınar is fraud. He doesn't even pick up his phones or go to his office. Turkey America Germany are dozens of scam cases in all courts. Investigate before losing your money!

It's a well-planned project
The strong partnership with EMH AG, a major company, seems to be helping the right team members to their full potential.
The 10% economic compensation for all investments is the most attractive factor.
It is also great that they regularly hold international events and give them a sense of security. It's a very detailed business model, but a UI that's designed to help users understand their product requirements tells me how passionate they are about their work.
The combination of real estate and housing loans and blockchains is outstanding and is attracting attention around the world. And they're on track for that milestone.

BRZE, aside being used as a utility token for monetary settlement on the Breezecoin platform, it has other numerous benefits it brings to token holders. Since January 31st, 2019, all interest earned from mortgage papers has always being distributed to token holders on a percentage average holding basis. This serves as a good passive income to supporters of the project and the community at large.
Aside the benefit of passive income, this use cases have helped BRZE gain tremendously value in the past. This is testament in a ranking made by Coingecko which saw BRZE grazed the 95th spot by market-capitalization. The project continues to gain valuable exposures while providing a dividend return for investors.

BRZE is gonna be listing one of the top global crypto exchanges in the World, Bithumb global an 29 April 2020. This make them real, legit project. I found their new real estate project in Turkey , both Kumburgaz and Kartepe. You can easily find adress, actual photos and visuals from their real estate part website, breezedemar.life. Orlando project looks stall in the moment during COVID-19 or anything else. You can find this project adress also at their website.
