I am getting no response whatsoever from Bonpay since at least October, 2018. But that is when I filed a data privacy complaint, because they do not delete my data, either. They are not responding to anything and on any channel.

Yes, it's a scam or they are bankrupt. They didn't answer for month. Now I even don't have the email address anymore, and I couldn't change it, because the website didn't work and there was no support.
