What is Vultisig?

Vultisig is a self-custodial multi-chain wallet using Threshold Signature Scheme (TSS) and Multi-Party Computation (MPC). It supports Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, and THORChain and avoids seed phrases by splitting access into distributed “vault shares” across devices. The wallet is available on iOS, Android, Windows, Linux, and the web, and supports configurable setups including 2-of-2, 2-of-3, and 3-of-4 among devices.

Vultisig was created by a founder behind THORChain, focused on applying cross-chain expertise to wallet security. The native VULT token is described as capturing 100% of swap/bridge fees and 30% of marketplace revenue to reward stakers, with staking also unlocking premium features and future governance. Vultisig also includes a marketplace for plug-ins and AI agents and an SDK intended for AI agents to interact with blockchain assets across multiple chains with security controls, either autonomously or with user approval mechanisms.
