What is Treehouse?

Treehouse is a cryptocurrency project created to address the lack of fixed income markets within the blockchain space. It introduces two main components: Decentralized Offered Rates (DOR) and tAssets. DOR serves as a decentralized benchmark rate-setting mechanism, enabling the development of financial products such as interest rate swaps and fixed-rate loans by utilizing a network of panelists to predict forward rate expectations.

tAssets, on the other hand, are liquid staking token wrappers that facilitate the arbitrage of rate discrepancies across various lending markets. By aligning borrow rates with staking yields, tAssets provide users with additional yield opportunities while stabilizing decentralized finance rates.
