What is Solaxy?

Solaxy is a Layer 2 scaling solution built on Solana. It is described as using Solana's proof-of-stake consensus and Solana Layer 1 infrastructure, with an off-chain transaction processing approach intended to improve efficiency and scalability for decentralized applications.
