What is Rayls?

Rayls is a Layer-1 blockchain ecosystem developed by Parfin to connect traditional finance (TradFi) and decentralized finance (DeFi) for financial institutions. It combines a public chain with private networks and institutional privacy nodes. The architecture is designed to support privacy-preserving asset tokenization and settlement while enabling regulated banks and payment systems to interact with public DeFi liquidity.

Rayls uses the Rayls Enygma privacy protocol to maintain confidentiality. It supports EVM-compatible technology for tokenizing real-world assets, CBDCs, and stablecoins. The network description includes fixed USD-pegged gas fees, deterministic finality, and harmful MEV protection.
