What is OUSG?

OUSG is a tokenized short-term US Treasury bills ETF managed by Ondo Capital Management, which is a subsidiary of Ondo Finance. The portfolio primarily consists of the iShares Short Treasury Bond ETF, along with a small allocation of USDC and USD for liquidity. Developed in partnership with two other fund tokens by Ondo Finance, OUSG was officially launched in January 2023 following the transition to Ondo V2 protocols.

Investors who meet KYC and AML requirements can acquire OUSG tokens, which represent ownership in the fund. These tokens allow for the transfer of ownership among qualified investors and can facilitate financial transactions through smart contracts. The tokens include transfer restrictions to ensure they remain with appropriately qualified individuals.
