What is LeisureMeta?

LeisureMeta is a blockchain platform that issued its utility token, LM, to facilitate the trading of NFTs and enhance their valuation. The LM token operates on LeisureMeta's own blockchain while also being interchangeable with an ERC20 version on Ethereum through a gateway. The platform functions as a decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) focused on NFT minting and trading, aiming to address issues such as scalability and high gas fees.

Employing a Tendermint-style proof of stake consensus algorithm, LeisureMeta claims to achieve a transaction throughput of 1,000 transactions per second with immediate finality. The use of a Bloom filter helps differentiate known transactions among nodes, optimizing the efficiency of the network. Additionally, a multiple private key pairing system is implemented to improve user experience across devices, while the block time is reduced to one second through a conflict-free replicated data type structure, minimizing the computational resources needed for block creation.
