What is Landshare?

Landshare is a decentralized finance (DeFi) platform established on the Binance Smart Chain, focusing on real estate investments backed by US assets. It provides various features such as asset-based stablecoin vaults, house flipping pools, and a governance protocol. The Property Vault, a key component of the platform, allows users to stake stablecoins to earn yields based on the rental income and appreciation of real estate assets.

The native utility token, known as the Landshare Token, is earned through staking in the Property Vault and is essential for accessing platform features. The token incorporates mechanisms for price stability, including limited minting, buybacks, and token burns, along with its governance and staking utilities. The average annual percentage rate (APR) from staked investments in the Property Vault ranges between 20-40%, combining stablecoin payouts and rewards from yield farms.
