What is Integritee?

Integritee is a platform for firms and dApps to process users’ data in a privacy-preserving way to support GDPR and other privacy regulations. It also provides a way to prove that privacy-related requirements have been respected, using mechanisms for verifying that the correct code runs on genuine Trusted Execution Environment (TEE) hardware.

Integritee combines Polkadot trust with scalability from second-layer sidechains and confidentiality from TEE hardware. Because Integritee may not be a trusted intermediary, it deploys a remote attestation (RA) registry on a public blockchain to enable public auditability and transparency of code execution on authentic TEE devices.
