What is Index Cooperative?

Index Coop is a decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) established to develop structured DeFi products and strategy tokens. Its product offerings include sector index products, leveraged and inverse products, as well as yield-generating products. The underlying technical infrastructure utilizes Set Protocol, which enables the creation and management of Ethereum-based tokens.

Governance within Index Coop is conducted through a governance token known as INDEX. Changes to the organization are determined by the votes of INDEX holders, where each token grants one vote. A dedicated team of developers is responsible for implementing the decisions made through this governance process.
