What is ELVIS?

Elvis features a Brain-Computer Interface (BCI) designed to create a connection between the brain and external devices, facilitating communication for paralyzed patients. The system utilizes a 400-channel bidirectional interface capable of capturing and transmitting neural signals via implantable electronics. It employs Bluetooth technology to wirelessly relay data to a device where it can be interpreted for actions such as cursor movement.

The project garnered attention in the scientific community, with a growing following. It has about 2,300 holders and a market cap of approximately $2.5 million shortly after launch. The Russian Venture Fund “Voshod” has invested 305 million RUB, equivalent to around $3.5 million, into the Elvis project.
