What is BOB?

Blockchain-on-Blockchain (BOB) is a blockchain project built on the Internet Computer Protocol (ICP). It functions as a layer utilizing ICP's network to create a secure digital record-keeping system. BOB employs a 'proof-of-on-chain-work' mechanism, where users can deploy their own smart contracts.

In this architecture, main computers, referred to as mother nodes, generate mathematical problems for miners to solve. When a miner successfully solves a problem and reports back to the mother node, a new block is added to the blockchain. The miner who solves the problem is rewarded with BOB tokens.
