What is Almanak?

Almanak is a platform designed for users to create and implement quantitative trading and asset-management strategies. It features a multi-agent AI system that supports various stages of strategy development, including research, design, coding, backtesting, and optimization. The platform emphasizes reducing the time required to develop financial strategies, enabling quicker access compared to traditional methods used by hedge funds.

The infrastructure of Almanak includes a range of tools such as simulators and backtesters, designed to mimic the operations of professional trading desks. Additionally, the platform employs a permissionless, on-chain vault protocol that allows for the tokenization of strategies, creating vaults identified as ERC-7540. This system also facilitates opportunities for Liquidity Providers to participate in AI-managed strategies.
